God made Mauritius first and from it,
He created paradise (Mark Twain, 1896)

Anahita - where a world class residential resort is being created on the lush east coast of Mauritius in the heart of the Indian Ocean. Undoubtedly one of the best locations on the island, the Anahita resort will cover a 300 hectare site opposite Ile aux Cerfs with 6km of waterfront along the magnificent lagoon.

Anahita is entering its third phase with the impending launch of Lunea, an enclave of just 28 luxurious freehold villas positioned overlooking the Ernie Els championship golf course and the ocean.

Until two years ago, non-Mauritians were unable to own property on the island. This has now changed since the Mauritian Government has introduced the Integrated Resort scheme (IRS). Only a handful of projects have actually received approval and are currently under construction on the island. Anahita is one of the first.

With a minimum entry level of $500,000 (€ 376.000), the aim of the government IRS is to attract high net-worth non-citizens allowing them to acquire luxury villas on land approved by the Mauritian Board of Investment (BOI). What makes Anahita unique is that it is the ONLY waterfront residential IRS resort in Mauritius and will also incorporate a Four Seasons Hotel and Spa as well as Four Seasons Residences.

The first phase of apartments at Anahita sold out in a day and there are still a few Four Seasons Residences remaining for sale.
