Androgeus” neighbourhood is situated in the south-west part of the village, between the neighbourhoods “Phaedra” and “Minoas”. It finds itself surrounded by many noteworthy events, whether it be the amazing depth of colour in the sea below, the rough beauty of the mountains to the West, the sweep of the bay taking in the historical city of Heraklion or the clear skies above, the stars, the moon, not to mention the architectural prowess of the Theseus Beach Village itself.

Androgeus neighbourhood consists of 10 dwellings that are arranged in two rows, following the ascent of the road, the descent to the sea. The dwellings are all double storey events, with two to three bedrooms, extensive balconies, terraces and gardens.
