Aethra neighbourhood lies in the south-eastern part of the village, one level higher than Aegeas, enjoying a unique sea view.

It consists of fourteen (14) houses, built on two or three levels, of varying plan and layout.

All the houses have access to large verandas with a panoramic view towards the city of Heraklion.
