Demophon neighborhood finds itself surrounded by the typical Cretan scenery, mountains and sea, which creates a pleasant contrast with its simple and modern architecture.

“Demophon” neighborhood is located on the north-west part of the project and in continuation of “Akamas” neighborhood, offers unique view to Ag. Pelagias’ bay and to part of Psiloritis mountain.

The 30 residencies that comprise the neighborhood are designed in 3 zones, which are harmonized with the landscape and offer external spaces, gardens and verandas.
