An apartment can be reserved by paying 1000E deposit. This deposit will keep the apartment off the market for 21 days during which a preliminary contract must be signed.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Every BUYER in Park View Bansko will have to pay annually maintenance and management fee of 8 Euro per sq.m. apartment area for the first 2 (two) years after the Complex is in use counted as of the day of the Permit for use.

Maintenance and management fee specified shall cover the expenses for maintenance of the electricity and water systems; annual inspection of the roof and its repairing if necessary; supervision and replacement of windows in communal areas when necessary; cleaning the common parts of the Complex, such as staircases, corridors, grounds, etc.; security and reception services as well.
